Objectives

  • Create a technical working group to continue the implementation of the NOSCP by ensuring the development necessary operational tools such as sensitivity maps, dispersant use policy and other operational procedures
  • Carry out a national audit of available oil spill response equipment in Togo
  • Finalise ratification and implementation of relevant international Conventions such as OPRC 90, CLC 92 and FUND 92
  • Develop a national training and exercise programme
  • Establish cooperation agreements with Ghana and Benin
