National training workshop on Incident Management System (IMS)

Objectives

• The workshop will provide Liberia with the opportunity to have an effective Incident Management System that will strengthen its national oil spill preparedness and response system. More precisely, the training will:
• Provide delegates with essential knowledge and skills to develop an IMS strategy to implement an effective response at a national level knowledge ;
• Provide delegates with thorough understanding of the common challenges and complexities in implementing an upscaling from tiers 1 to tiers 3 response through undertaking a table-top exercise.
